About Us

RAMIREZ HBKS BOXING GYM is a public charity (501(c)(3)) based in Richmond, KY. Our mission is to mentor youth through structured boxing programs, life-skills workshops and community events that promote resilience, respect and positive choices.

Vision & Impact

We envision a community where every young person has access to safe, empowering spaces to grow. Through coaching, mentoring and targeted support, we aim to reduce youth vulnerability and open pathways to healthy lifestyles and opportunity.

Gloves for Growth

Free boxing curriculum for youth (10–17) that includes equipment, nutrition basics and one-on-one coaching.

Strong Minds, Strong Bodies

Integrates mental health awareness and resilience training into regular practice sessions.

Box for Better

Volunteer network offering tutoring, mentoring and career-readiness workshops.

Feb 14–15, 2026 • Richmond Community Center

Join us for two days of community matches, youth showcases and fundraising activities. Proceeds will underwrite free training slots and equipment for youth in need.

Get Involved

Ways to help

  1. Volunteer: Help coach, mentor or support events.
  2. Sponsor: Fund scholarships, equipment and program operations.
  3. Join: Take classes and bring family members — everyone is welcome.

We provide onboarding for volunteers and clear role descriptions. Sponsors receive program reports and invitations to special events.
